LE HAVRE

After being heavily bombed during WWII the city of Le Havre became the symbol of the new post war world, and the keyword was: "concrete". The author was the french architect Auguste Perret. Because of this unique architecture in 2005, UNESCO inscribed the central city of Le Havre as a World Heritage Site.
